Tatiana is a young lady from Vancouver, she grew up in Colombia and is 28 now.

In a short interview, she is sharing with us the beauty of a meditative simple pregnant life. Hope you enjoy!

Q: How long have you been pregnant now?

A: 28 weeks, meaning 7 months.

Q: Can you describe a typical day of your, what you do normally.

A: I wake up at 8.30 and have breakfast since the baby produces in yourself the feeling to eat as soon as you are awaken in the morning. Then I go and mediatte for about 20 minuts, listening soothing music; sometimes also watching a talk by Dr. Nirmala Srivastava.

Since I found out the baby likes listening some kinds of music I put on what he likes: classical or lullaby. Even while preparing the lunch. Later on I play guitar, mostly indian bhajans and Colombian songs . In the afternoon, I go walking. It is good to do it everyday because it gives support later on during the delivery stage.

Q: How is the environment where you go walking?

A: Lots of green, parks and even supermarkets. My neighborhood is in a really green area.

Q: What do you have for lunch?

A: Usually soup, chicken, veggie.

Q: What do you enjoy most of this period?

A: The fact tha the baby reacts a lot when my husband and me talk to the belly. Also he moves a lot when the music is on.

Q: Why meditating is important for a pregnant lady today?

A: Because she should be as much as possible connected to her Mother, have pure thinking and spend the 9 months in a relaxed way. In addition she has to protect her swadistana in order to face an easy time while giving birth.

Q: Did you find anything interesting about  this area in the body?

A: yes, every morning I use to drink water and sugar after waking up; sometimes I drink the water in which the leaves of radish (rabano) have been boiled. At night time I have a footsoak with salty water while saying few mantras within (note: evoking the love and strength from Mother earth, the moon, the pure attention and the cool liver) to soothe my liver.

Q: And when the baby will be born he will also meditate?

A: ahah yes..

Q: te quero, thanks a lot!

A: you are welcome, love.
