Fit Fit Fitness

Do you really want to be fit and strong as long as possible in the years?

If you are a dynamic kind of person you will not have any problem in general, but if you are a little lazy first you have to struggle with the lethargy or …make her your allied friend to allow you enjoy also some thrilling activities okey?

  • If you tend to be lethargic these activities are the effortless ones for your type:

Find out more about both ayurveda and Chinese medicine. They will guide you thru herbs, seeds, flowers and food which you can find anywhere you live. You will understand better your body and its function, which herb is for which function and purpose. You will start to recognize the natural taste of a tea or a hand made cake

Knitting on the sofa/chair is an excellent exercise for your fingers and hands. Remember to stretch them before and after your work. In addition if you also love sitting on the floor you can combine some little interruptions while crossing or stretching out the legs.

Any kind of housework for cleaning and decorating is naturally studied to increment your creativity and  body movement either in a small or a big home. There are plenty of things you can enjoy with your attention still on little movements of the muscles. Moving stuff, opening and closing doors/windows, hanging things, washing and vacuuming: lets do some house gym now!

Sahaja yoga is another perfect one: you just sit down and enjoy the peace from your heart. If there is not much peace there the peace will come as long as you can stay silently there watching your feelings and making a little effort to have your attention in your heart and nowhere else. Is that possible? Easy!

Swimming is known as one of the most complete sports. It contemplates all your muscles, joints and systems. It’s active and energizing.

Walking or hiking for different routes pre-established or spontaneous around where you live or during the weekend going more faraway. This kind of activities outdoor gives also the unique possibility to enjoy beautiful scenarios and sights, even to take pictures or paint!   

Dancing is almost like swimming and a lot depends on the dance you want to choose or maybe there is already some inclination for a certain kind. Rhythmical and modern dance are quite complete because they use a wide range of steps involving the whole body. 

Sahaja yoga is another perfect one: you just sit down and enjoy the dynamism from your heart. This dynamism is nothing then peace while silently watching yourself and your attention. Where are they driving you? Just watch it!

I practice Chinese medicine for more than 20 years, I wish more people around the world can get acquinted with this enormous source of knowledge collected for few thousand years.
