thanks for the article, it totally explains why most people in Asia are not overweight. I know there’s black tea and green tea – do they both have the same effect.

black tea does facilitate the digestive process, that is why it is largely used during, before and after any meal in China. the black tea is more exciting on the central nervous system and should not be drunk during the evening or before bedtime.
