Grate a potato, fry an oil spoon and add the grating, stir and salt, cover. When the potato is soft add in a spoon of sour cream, stir and serve warm.

Bring to boil and add tagliatelle o fettuccine (italian flat noodles), wait until it is tender. Serve the soup hot, it will taste really deli.

Bring to boil 13 different seasonal vegetables of your country. 20 minuts or less. and the most delicious and nutricious soup will delight all the guests/family around the table! (Asiatic example below)
vegetables used:
water chestnut, 4 kinds of green leaves veg, 2 kinds of mushroom, lotus root, beancurd sheet, winter melon, 2 kinds of seaweed, carrot.

Fusilli salad with ham – cherry tomatoes – emmenthal and a tinge of oregano
When the pasta is cooked add all the ingredients cut in stripes and cubes, sprinkle with oregano and serve it warm or cold.
